About Me
The son of two Christian teachers, I grew up in the church and had a personal encounter with the Lord Jesus later in life. Through this experience I was inducted by God and ordained into the Gospel Ministry. Seeking to help people live a victorious Christian life through Applied Theology I found my way into the realm of psychology and counseling.
For over 40 years I have dedicated my life to help people find healing through a personal connection with Jesus Christ. I have addressed audiences at public meetings and seminars in North, Central, and South America; the Caribbean, Australia, Europe, Africa, the Philippines, Thailand, and Micronesia. This led me develop a comprehensive approach to counseling.
While I enjoy spreading the good news among thousands I find it especially rewarding to sit one-on-one with people and minister to their spiritual, emotional, and psychological needs. Christians are not shielded from death, pain, and suffering. Experiencing any of these is not an impeachment on one’s sincerity and commitment as a Christian. Whether someone is dealing with anger, anxiety or depression; a lack of communication, boundaries, or intimacy in their relationships; struggling to overcome infidelity, deception, or rejection in their relationships the Bible, the source of truth and wisdom is the answer to life’s problems.
My educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Andrews University. I'm also a Board Certified Belief Therapist (BCBT) by the Therapon Institute, I am a Board Certified Chaplain (BCC) by The North American Division of SDA Chaplaincy Department, Law Enforcement, and Certified in Calling and Caring Ministries Lab I and Lab II by LEAD Consultants, Inc. Additional training includes numerous seminars focusing on stress management, phobias, interpersonal relationships, communication, and conflict management to name a few.
